Making Vegan Sushi on the Mental Health Channel

A few months ago the film crew at the Mental Health Channel interviewed me and my culinary student Vasavi Kumar to give insight into the question, “How does healthy eating affect your emotions and overall mental state?” They filmed our macrobiotic vegan sushi cooking class at the Natural Epicurean with the January 2014 track students. Thanks to everyone for your participation!
