We made 4 delicious chutneys today in my class at The Natural Epicurean. Chutneys add a colorful, flavorful accent to meals and can be sweet, savory, sour, or hot and spicy.

Today we made:
Cilantro mint chutney
Sweet potato chutney
Ginger date chutney
Green apple chutney
We tasted them with chickpea pancakes. Yum!
